Have Fourth of July! Independence has become one of my favorite holidays mostly because of the fireworks and a little because it's the only real holiday that takes place in the summer. We're having burgers, truffle fries, and corn on a cob today for our Fourth of July dinner. And hopefully, I'll get my hands on a good apple pie for dessert topped off with some vanilla bean ice cream.
