ST. AUGUSTINE, PART TWO


We started our first day in St. Augustine trying a seafood place near our hotel. It was a lovely place and the seafood was as fresh as it could be (we had the Seafood Lovers' Platter). Then, we toured the historic town and roamed around the Castillo de San Marcos. Then, we had some pizza, mozzarella sticks, and calamari at Pizzalley's. It was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Next was homemade waffle cones and ice cream at a local ice cream shop in town (salted caramel is definitely recommended). We spent the rest of the evening relaxing by the beach and walking down the shore.
